Jim created and established the company in 1979. He was a commercial CPA which rooted his understanding of the financial aspects of the hospitality industry. Ernst & Young auditor. His service on Export Expansion Council for Carnation Co. launched him into International Finance. Well known in the Western States, Jim offered a depth of experience and credibility that is rare to find in the industry today.

Jan Chargois has over 22 years of experience working with investors in marketing hotel, motel and resort transactions. He has represented buyers from all over the globe and many sellers from the Pacific Northwest, either through International Motel Brokers, LLC in Oregon or in cooperation with brokers in other states. “It’s all about the numbers” is a frequent truth espoused by Jan. He knows the unique mix of business analysis and real estate value Hospitality Investments require.

Jan’s former business experience includes owning and operating a commercial construction company in Oregon. His understanding of facility infrastructure, coupled with a sound ability to analyze the profitability of the business side makes him extremely valuable to his clients.
